Tall, dark, and handsome, where have you been all my life? There are so many spectacular details to this cart, where to begin? The dark walnut stain on the vintage Oak wood, together with the polish and seal on the cast iron hardware transforms this cart into an elegant, vintage industrial art piece. The extra large lettering cast into the large iron wheels is a rare detail: In an oversize font, it reads: 'THE FOUNDRY' - 'N. WILKESBORO N.C.' This table is truly exceptional.

Warehouse cart coffee tables - Spalted Maple?
Lineberry warehouse cart was likely given a new top in a factory, using the wood that was on hand for the furniture. It appears to be a spalted maple, with beautiful character, resulting in an appearance not unlike quarter-sawn wood. The grain and pattern give the top a beautiful texture. Shabby chic authentic antique railroad cart
We've softened the edges on the original antique Oak top of this table. These images show the variation of color in the original red oak, depending on the light and reflection. The wood has a light reddish hue, but not overwhelming color. The original Lineberry stencil is very faint on one side, and not visible on the other. Shabby-chic white paint is still visible on the sides and top. The hardware, with part numbers and brand name in the casting, has been painted. This cart measures the standard 27 in x 48 in x 16 in.

Glass-top coffee table from an antique railroad cart
This gorgeous glass top sits atop a Lineberry cart, with 'industrial' style large wheels with cast lettering. Hardware has been polished, but this table has not been sealed or finished. We do not ship glass, but can sell the carts with or without the glass top. If you do not live close enough to pick up, you should be able to obtain a 3/8 in piece of tempered glass from your local glass supplier for about $150. Glass top dimensions: 28 x 48, table is 16 inches tall.
Price with glass top - $700. Price without glass is $550.
