Warehouse cart coffee tables - Spalted Maple?

Lineberry warehouse cart was likely given a new top in a factory, using the wood that was on hand for the furniture. It appears to be a spalted maple, with beautiful character, resulting in an appearance not unlike quarter-sawn wood.
